Talent Acquisition and Relationship Specialist

Job Summary

  • The Talent Acquisition & Relationship Specialist recruitment will work with the talent acquisition team to handle end-to-end talent sourcing, assessment, administration and relationship responsibilities as well as support other related projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Full cycle recruiting including sourcing, reviewing, and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews etc.
  • Assist with and oversee the day-to-day efficient operation of our freelancers/talent and best practices and ensure compliance with TERAWORK values
  • Part of the team that owns the strategic vision, planning, development, and execution of freelancer engagement initiatives across all channels
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Manpower planning
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new talents in order to become fully integrated to the platform
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Promote company’s reputation

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND. in Human Resources Management or any other related Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Recruiter
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills.
