Job Title: Public Administrative Officer
Location: Ewekoro, Ogun

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Maintain accurate records, files and company documentation
- Prepare reports, correspondence and other busines document
- Manage office suppliers and liase with vendors when necessary
- Support recruitment, onboarding and other HR administrative work
- Monitor office facilities and ensure a clean, organized work environment
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with minimal supervision
- Provide general support to managers and other departments as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Requirement
- HND / Bsc in any related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite [word, excel, PowerPoint].
