Job Title: Customer Care Assistant

Location:  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, and walking customers through basic processes.
  • Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Giving information and helping to solve customer problems.
  • Processing complaints and ensuring resolution.
  • Taking information from customers and entering it into a database.
  • Directing customers to the website for purchase.
  • Making sure that the customer’s experience is a positive one.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • HND / B.Sc in any Social Sciences discipline
  • Good knowledge of Customer Relations Management (CRM)
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
  • Great communication and time management skills
  • Ability to complete tasks on time with little supervision

Job Title: Personal / Team Assistant

Location:  Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s electronic diary – scheduling or cancelling appointments as the case may be
  • Manage the Director’s travel arrangements
  • Organise meetings and ensure that the Director is ready for these meetings
  • Create reports and minutes of meetings
  • Provide administrative assistance to teams around the business as the need arises
  • All other duties as assigned by the Director as the need arises.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any field from a reputable university
  • A minimum of 1 year relevant/cognitive experience in administration
  • Great communication and time management skills

Job Title: Inventory Executive

Location:  Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Daily management of the inventory management system by inputting the current stock level of products and items in the storeroom and indicating low stock products
  • A daily record of items/products taken from the store after accurate measurement and counting
  • Counting and recording of rejected supplies and indicating the quantity for recycling
  • Count all products produced for delivery and storage
  • Count, measure and record all items delivered by suppliers and vendors for factory, office use and storage.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any field from a reputable university
  • A minimum of 1 year relevant/cognitive experience in Inventory Management
  • Great communication and time management skills
