Job Description
  • Maintain records and files.
  • Greet clients and provide then with superb customer service.
  • Answer all clients question and address their complaints.
  • Redirect phone calls to appropriate personnel and take down messages.
  • Monitor,organize and forward emails when necessary.
  • 0-1year experience in relevant fields
  • Proficient with Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Smart and presentable.
  • Must have good understanding of office administration.
  • Must have good oral and written skills
