MyStaff Consulting Limited – Our client, an engineering firm located within Ago / Festac town, Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location:  Ago Palace Way, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

  • Front desk management/ Resolving queries, issues from operations team and frontline.
  • Assist/Support the in the day to day running of the office.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Oversee the assets of the company and ensure that they are at optimal performance standards at all times whilst ensuring compliance to internal control measures.
  • Ensure office facility is kept clean and organized at all time, maintain ambient and safe work environment.
  • Monitors inventory of office supplies, update order and re-stock as when needed in line with approved budget.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient, maintains and update various subscriptions/renewals.
  • Organize and supervise support staff.
  • Must be computer literate, knowledgeable on Excel, Microsoft word, etc.
  • Proactive and ability to multitask without supervision.


  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.

N50,000 – N80,000 / month.
